This year we are planning a Luncheon & Theater event, featuring the ECS students production of PETER PAN, produced and directed by Christina Hammond.

Luncheon & Play tickets are $5 per person or $20 per family 4+
We will also present the Walter Huss Memorial Award and the John Bennett Honorary Awards.

WALTER HUSS MEMORIAL AWARD -
This annual award is to honor an ECS Alumni in memory of ECS Founder/Visionary, Walter Huss. The 2008 Award is presented to Leesa McMahon Michael for her outstanding service to her church, to ECS and to the community. The 2007 Walter Huss Memorial Award was presented to Russell and Michelle (Harvey) Long for their tireless dedication to the school.
CRITERIA
An ECS graduate or former student who:
Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and strives to pursue excellence in moral character and service to others.
Applies biblical principles and God's truth in his/her life, and lives in obedience to God.
A living witness to God's truth throught he Lord Jesus Christ
JOHN BENNETT HONORARY AWARD
This first annual award is presented to four individuals who are current or former ECS Faculty and Staff in honor of ECS first Principal, John Bennett.
CRITERIA AND 2008 AWARD RECIPIENTS
1. Inspired students to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ - Susan Baurer
2. Encouraged students to pursue excellence in moral character - Judy Buck
3. Montivated students to academic distinction - Connie Kempf
4. Inspired students to provide service to others or provided dedicated service to the school - Meladie Kallien
