Tuition & Fees
ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICING
At Eugene Christian School, you pay the enrollment fee and make monthly tuition payments. We include technology, textbooks, field trips, school supplies (starting '24-'25 school year), and other miscellaneous school fees in your tuition. The only exception to your tuition payment is if you choose to enroll your child in any of our after school enrichment, child care or sports programs. It is our hope that this helps your family maintain a consistent monthly budget.

$600 per student
4th student and more, fee is waived
During our promotional period the enrollment/application fee is 50% off the normal fee.
Enrollment fees are non-refundable unless placed in the waiting pool. Fees are partially refundable if financial assistance is unavailable.
FINANCIAL AID
Eugene Christian School distributes over $500,000 on an annual basis through financial aid and incentives for multiple students, pastoral families, Bushnell University faculty, ECS faculty and family referrals. Tuition assistance, up to 35%, subject to available aid.

2025-2026 Tuition
Tuition is all inclusive, this includes field trips, curriculum, and SCHOOL SUPPLIES.

THE FINE PRINT

All tuition and fees must be current (zero balance) in order to enroll for 2025-2026. Contact bookkeeper@eugenechristianschool.com with any questions regarding your account.

All enrollment fees are non-refundable unless a family is placed in a waiting poll. Exception: enrollment fees are partially refundable if a financial assistance offer is not accepted.

All financial aid offers and discounts are subject to available funding as determined by the ECS Finance Committee.

Financial aid discounts do not apply to our Preschool Program.

The 50% pastoral discount applies to K-8. A 10% pastoral discount will be applied to the Preschool Program.

The 25% Bushnell discount applies to K-8. A 10% Bushnell discount will be applied to the Preschool Programs.

Pastoral, Bushnell University, and financial aid applications are to be submitted on an annual basis with the application or enrollment packet.

The multiple-student discount program cannot be combined with a pastoral or Bushnell discount.

Family referrals are due to the ECS admissions office within 14 days of a new family enrolling at ECS.

Families are responsible for paying tuition for every month they are enrolled, regardless of scheduled school breaks. For example, a family that moves on July 15 will be responsible for the entire July tuition.
